Charitable Objectives
- To preserve for the benefit and education of the public the building known as the Malt Cross Music Hall in St James Street in the City of Nottingham.
- To promote, maintain, improve and advance the education of the public through the promotion, production, performance and encouragement of the arts.
- To advance an understanding of the Christian faith by means of offering care, compassion and relevant practical and spiritual help where possible or appropriate.
- To promote the protection, safety and education of all people, regardless of their gender, faith, race, sexual orientation, physical or other disability people particularly congregating on the streets and in public places at night time, in order to discourage and mitigate anti social behaviour and the commissioning of criminal acts.
- To promote the relief of all people at risk, but particularly people on the streets and in public places, who by reason of inebriation, physical or mental distress due to substance misuse, by the offering of guidance, support protection and , as appropriate, by referral to relevantly skilled specialist agencies.
- To provide facilities for leisure and other recreational activities in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life.
